Deposits and Wagers : Currency Change to USD
From 1 August, deposits, withdrawals and wagers change from KRW to USD. Check the transition date, exchange-rate basis and amount-entry warning.

From 1 August, the domain transition will change the currency used for deposits, withdrawals and wagers from Korean won (KRW) to US dollars (USD).
The input may look familiar, but the value represented by the number is very different. After the transition, always check the currency label before confirming any amount.
Effective date and scope
Effective date: from the domain change on 1 August
Affected areas: deposits, withdrawals and in-game wagers
Before the change: Korean won (KRW)
After the change: US dollars (USD)
The existing KRW system remains in place through 31 July. USD applies when the new domain and system transition takes effect.
Exchange-rate basis for deposits and withdrawals
The amount is converted using the live xe.com rate shown when the deposit or withdrawal request is submitted.
International exchange rates move in real time.
The converted amount may vary depending on the exact request time.
Check the displayed rate and final converted amount before submitting.
Check the amount before confirming a wager
After the transition, a number entered in the wagering field represents dollars, not won. Reusing an old KRW input habit could apply a much larger amount than intended.
Before the change: entering 1000 means $0.7
After the change: entering 1000 means USD 1,000
Before confirming, check that the currency is USD, the number is intended as a dollar amount and the displayed total is correct.
What happens to an existing balance
A KRW balance held before 1 August will be converted automatically to USD using the reference rate at the domain and system transition.
Why the currency is changing
The change standardises the currency system around USD. Currency labels and converted totals may feel unfamiliar at first, so review both carefully on every relevant screen.
Frequently asked questions
Q. Will a KRW balance held before 1 August disappear?
A. No. It will be converted automatically to USD using the reference rate at the transition.
Q. Can an approved wager be cancelled if the currency was misread?
A. An already approved wager may be difficult to cancel, so the currency and amount must be checked before confirmation.
Final checklist
From 1 August, confirm that amounts are shown in USD rather than KRW.
For deposits and withdrawals, check the live rate and final converted amount.
Before confirming a wager, recheck both the currency label and entered amount.
The key change is not the number—it is the currency behind it. Review every amount as USD.
