Comp Rewards Guide :Rates, Conversion & Withdrawal
A clear guide to casino and slot comp rates, checking reward history, converting balance, withdrawal minimums and usage limits.
Comp is a mileage-style reward earned from eligible game activity. Casino and slot play use different rates, so check both the earning rate and usage terms before you begin.
Your comp balance can be checked in My Wallet, converted to balance for a selected game provider and withdrawn once it reaches the stated minimum.
Comp rates by game type
Casino games: 0.3% of eligible wager volume
Slots: 0.5% of eligible wager volume
Comp is credited based on eligible game activity. Casino games and slots use separate earning rates.
How to check your comp history
Choose ‘Comp History’ from the left side of the main screen.
Alternatively, open ‘My Wallet’ at the top right and select the ‘Comp History’ tab.
The same screen shows both your current comp balance and earning history.
Convert comp to game balance
From Comp History, you can convert available comp into playable balance for the game provider you select.
Deposited balance and comp may be used together.
Confirm the selected provider and amount before converting.
Withdrawal minimum and records
Comp may be withdrawn from a minimum of $7. Your available amount and previous earning records can be reviewed on the Comp History page.
Up to 10× with Lucky Wheel
A Lucky Wheel feature is also available for comp rewards. It can increase the comp used in the feature by up to 10 times.
Check the participation terms and rules shown on the Lucky Wheel screen before using it.
Where comp can be used
Comp is for casino games only and cannot be used for sports.
Comp cannot be combined with coupons.
Allowed: deposited balance + comp
Not allowed: coupon + comp
Checklist before using comp
Check the 0.3% casino and 0.5% slot rates, then review your balance and earning records in My Wallet. Before converting or withdrawing, confirm the provider, amount and whether a coupon is active.
