Fair-Use Policy :Review Criteria and Process
Understand when activity may be reviewed, how provider verification works and how the result is handled.
FAIR USE · REVIEW POLICY
Suspicion and confirmation are treated separately
Some repeated patterns may be reviewed to protect a fair-use environment. A restriction is based on the provider’s findings and the complete activity record, not on suspicion alone.

01PROVIDER REVIEW
Suspected Opposing-Bet Patterns
When records indicate a possible opposing-bet pattern, an official review is requested from the game provider. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the review is complete.
✓If the provider finds no opposing-bet activity, the withdrawal process resumes normally.
✓If the provider confirms opposing-bet activity, access to the service may be restricted.
02REPEATED PATTERN REVIEW
One-Sided and Martingale Betting
Repeated betting on one outcome and Martingale-style increases may be reviewed using the complete activity record.
✓One-sided example — repeatedly betting only on Banker in baccarat without changing sides
✓Martingale example — increasing the stake from $14 → $28 → $56 → $112
✓These methods do not trigger an automatic restriction, but a sustained identical pattern may be reviewed as irregular use.
Every decision follows the confirmed result
When no issue is found, a held withdrawal continues normally. Service access may be restricted only when an irregular repeated pattern is confirmed.
