Please note that this Privacy Policy is an agreement between you and PARAZONE (http://www.para-z.com, hereinafter “we”, “us” or “our”). This Policy forms an integral part of the Parazone Terms and Conditions.

www.para-z.com (the “Casino”, “Website”, “Company”, “we”) is owned and operated by Fabulous Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao (registration number 15714, registered address: Hamchako, Mutsamudu, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros), and is licensed in Anjouan under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 004 of 2005.

We may change this Policy from time to time and will notify you of any changes by posting the updated terms on our platforms. We recommend that you review this Policy regularly.

2. Information We Collect

We regard information that can be used to identify an individual—such as full name, date of birth, home or other physical address, email address, and telephone number—as personal information (“Personal Information”). You may be asked to provide Personal Information when using the Website, registering an account, or using our services. The Personal Information we collect may include contact information (including telephone number), shipping information, billing information, transaction history, website usage preferences, and feedback regarding our services.

This information is held from time to time on servers located in Germany and elsewhere. When you interact with our services, our servers keep an activity log unique to you that collects certain administrative and traffic information, including your source IP address, time and date of access, web pages visited, language used, software crash reports, and type of browser used. This information is essential to the provision and quality of our services. We do not collect Personal Information about you without your knowledge.

3. How Information Is Collected and Processed

As described above, we may collect certain data automatically, and we may receive Personal Information when you provide it through the services or other communications on the www.para-z.com site. We may also receive Personal Information from online vendors and service providers, as well as from customer lists lawfully acquired from third-party vendors.

In addition, we may use third-party service providers for technical support of online transactions and account maintenance. We will have access to any information you provide to such vendors, service providers, and third-party e-commerce services, and we will use your Personal Information in accordance with this Policy. This information will be disclosed to third parties outside the Company only in accordance with this Policy. We take steps, through our agreements with third-party service providers and online vendors, to ensure that your Personal Information is protected.

4. Use of Information

We use the Personal Information we collect to deliver our services, provide customer support, carry out necessary security and identity verification checks, process your online transactions, assist your participation in third-party promotions, meet certain business requirements, and for any other purpose related to the operation of the services. For these purposes, we may share your Personal Information with carefully selected partners (including any parties that have data-sharing agreements with those partners).

Your Personal Information may also be used to provide you with (1) promotions and information regarding our products and services, and (2) promotions and information regarding our partners' products and services, in order to expand the range of products offered and improve our customer service. From time to time, we may request information from you through surveys or contests. Participation is entirely voluntary, and you may choose whether or not to disclose such information. The information requested may include contact information (such as name, address, and telephone number) and demographic information (such as postal code and age).

By accepting any contest prize or winnings from us, you consent to the use of your name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Unless you have opted out of receiving promotional information, we may use your Personal Information (including your email address and telephone number) to provide you with information about gaming products such as online poker, casino, betting, and backgammon, as well as products and services of third parties carefully selected by us.

5. Certain Exceptional Disclosures

We may disclose your Personal Information if required to do so by law, or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to: (1) comply with any legal process served on us, our sites, or the services, or in circumstances where we are under a substantially similar legal obligation; (2) protect and defend our rights or property; or (3) protect the personal safety of users of the services or the public.

If, in our sole determination, you are found to have deceived or attempted to deceive us, the Company, or another user in any way, including but not limited to game manipulation or payment fraud, or if we suspect fraudulent payment (including the use of stolen credit cards), other fraudulent activity (including chargebacks or payment reversals), or prohibited transactions (including money laundering), we reserve the right to share this information, together with your identity, with other online gaming sites, banks, credit card companies, appropriate agencies, and relevant authorities. (4) For the purpose of research into addiction prevention, data may be anonymized and passed on to the relevant institutions.

6. Access and Correction

You may “opt out” of promotional communications through the account settings on our sites and services, via the unsubscribe function in emails you receive from us, or at any time by sending an email or writing to Customer Service.

You may also contact us if you: 1) wish to confirm the accuracy of the Personal Information we have collected about you; 2) would like to update your Personal Information; or 3) have a complaint about our use of your Personal Information. Upon request, we will (1) update the information you have provided, where the need for such changes is demonstrated, or (2) mark the information to prohibit its future use for marketing purposes. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Policy prevents us from retaining your Personal Information where we are required to do so by law.

7. Cookies

Information stored on your device

When you access our services, we may store information on your device. This information is known as cookies—small text files that are stored on your device when you visit online pages and that record your preferences. We also use Local Shared Objects, or “flash cookies”. Flash cookies are similar to browser cookies and allow us to remember things about your visits to our sites.

Neither cookies nor flash cookies can access or use other information on your computer. We use these methods only to track your use of our services. Cookies help us monitor site traffic, improve our services, and make them easier and more relevant to use. Flash cookies and third-party cookies are used to show you more relevant advertisements.

Strictly necessary cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are essential to allow users to move around the website and use its features, such as accessing secure areas of the website or making financial transactions. Without these cookies, the website cannot operate efficiently.

During the registration process, these cookies hold information collected at registration, allowing us to recognize you as a customer and provide the services you require. We may also use this data to better understand your interests online and to enhance your visits to our platforms.

On our website, we use cookies to collect information from visitors, and our servers use three types of cookies.

Session-based cookies: cookies assigned to your computer only for the duration of your visit to our website. They help you move around the website faster and, if you are a registered customer, allow us to provide you with more relevant information. They expire automatically when you close your browser.

Persistent cookies: cookies that remain on your computer for a period of time set for each cookie. Flash cookies are also persistent.

Analytical cookies: cookies that allow us to recognize and count the number of visitors to our site and to see how visitors use our services. They help us improve the way the site works, for example by making it easier for you to find what you are looking for.

You can accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers accept cookies automatically, but you can usually modify your browser settings to decline cookies if you prefer. The Help menu on the menu bar of most browsers will tell you how to block new cookies, how to be notified when you receive a new cookie, and how to disable cookies altogether.

Flash cookies. You can block the use of flash cookies by changing your Flash Player settings. The Flash Player Settings Manager lets you manage your preferences. To block flash cookies from all third-party content, go to the “Global Storage Settings” panel of the Settings Manager, uncheck the box labeled “Allow third-party Flash content to store information on your computer”, and close the Settings Manager. Alternatively, you can adjust settings for specific websites through the “Website Storage Settings” panel of the Settings Manager.

If you are using an older version of Flash Player or an older web browser, the Settings Manager may not be available to you. We recommend updating your Flash Player and browser to the latest versions.

If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to use all of the interactive features on our sites.

8. Consent to the Use of Electronic Service Providers

To play real-money games on our services, you must send money to and receive money from us. We may use third-party electronic payment systems to process these financial transactions. By accepting this Policy, you expressly consent to the use of your Personal Information as necessary to process transactions, including, where necessary, the transfer of information outside your country. We take steps, through our agreements with payment systems, to ensure that your Personal Information is protected.

9. Consent to Security Reviews

We reserve the right to conduct security reviews at any time to validate the registration information you provide and to verify your use of the services and your financial transactions for potential breaches of our Terms and Conditions and applicable law. By using our services and agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you authorize us to use your Personal Information and to disclose it to third parties for the purpose of verifying the information you provide during your use of the services, including, where necessary, the transfer of information outside your country.

Security reviews may include, but are not limited to, ordering a credit report and verifying the information you provide against third-party databases. In addition, to facilitate these security reviews, you agree to provide any information or documentation we may request.

10. Security

We understand the importance of security and the techniques needed to protect information. We store all Personal Information received directly from you in an encrypted, password-protected database within our secure network, protected by up-to-date firewall software (our services support SSL version 3 with 128-bit encryption). We also take measures to ensure that our subsidiaries, agents, affiliates, and suppliers implement adequate security measures.

11. Protection of Minors

Our services are not intended for persons under the age of 18 (or under the legal age in their respective jurisdiction). Any person who provides information to us through the services signifies that they are 18 years of age (or the legal age in their jurisdiction) or older. It is our policy to detect attempts by minors to access our services, and we may initiate a security review for this purpose. If we become aware that a minor has attempted to submit or has submitted Personal Information through our services, we will not accept that information and will take steps to purge it from our records.

12. International Transfers

Personal Information collected in connection with the services may be stored and processed in any country in which we or our affiliates, suppliers, or agents maintain facilities. By using the services, you expressly consent to the transfer of information outside your country, including to countries that may not be assessed as having adequate privacy protection laws. Nevertheless, we take steps to ensure that our agents, affiliates, and suppliers comply with our privacy standards regardless of their location.

13. Third-Party Practices

We cannot guarantee the protection of information you provide to third-party online sites linked to the services, or information collected by third parties administering our affiliate program (if applicable) or other programs. These third-party online sites are owned and operated independently of us. Any information collected by these third parties is governed by that third party's privacy policy, if any.

14. Disclaimer

The services operate “as is” and “as available” without liability of any kind. We are not responsible for events beyond our direct control. Due to the complex and ever-changing nature of our technology and business, we cannot guarantee error-free performance regarding the protection of your Personal Information, nor will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages relating to the use or disclosure of that Personal Information.

15. Consent to the Privacy Policy

Your use of our services constitutes your agreement to this Privacy Policy.

This is our entire and exclusive Privacy Policy and it supersedes any earlier version. This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms posted on our platforms. We may change this Policy from time to time and will notify you of changes by posting the modified terms on our platforms. Your continued use of the services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We recommend that you review this Policy regularly.

In addition, under Article 77 of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of your data with a supervisory authority in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement.

16. Other Websites

Our website may contain links to other websites that are outside our control and are not covered by this Policy. If you access other sites through the links provided, the operators of those sites may collect information from you, which will be used in accordance with their own privacy policies, which may differ from ours. We are not responsible for this. The operators of the linked sites are solely responsible for their functionality or any errors on those sites.

When you play casino slots developed by Pragmatic Play, Betsoft, and other game providers, those providers may collect information from you. These websites may have their own privacy policies that are not covered by this Policy and are outside our control. To protect your data, we recommend that you also review those providers' privacy policies.

We take all necessary and appropriate measures to ensure that your personal data maintains the same level of security during transmission, in accordance with this Policy, the GDPR, and other relevant regulations.
